Jiwaji University — M.phil exemption status

As per the Jiwaji serial number.F.Academy.research.2021.3054 dated 18.01.2022, it is stated that those who have completed M.phil in 2021 and takenadmission in Phd and appeared for Phd counselling will be exempted fromcoursework. But till date no action has been taken and no M.Phil exemptioncertificate has been provided to us. There is no final status for exemption and our phdis getting delayed. Kindly give us M.phil exemtion and exemtion certificate As soonas possible.
