Jiwaji University — Migration certificate is still in Initial stage

I need my migration certificate to study in Mumbai university.
I have fill the online form for migration certificate and it's almost one month but still i don't get any information from the university, no email and message.
When will I get the migration certificate?
The amount has been paid to the university by online method.
University costumer care doesn't pickup the calls.

Updated by rijhuman islami It's still in initial process. My college are asking for migration and this Jiwaji University is not working properly. When will I receive my migration it's more than a month.
