JKBANK — Non Refund of NEFT Transaction

The NEFT carried on Friday amounts Rs.5000/= got wrong act no and its Name was correct . which according to my knowledge should not happen n money should b refunded back. Till date no refund was done.
please look into the matter seriously for refund of same.
All necessary document attached.
