JNTU, Hyderabad — OD application status

It's a shame that people who run this university suck at multiple levels. Online payment for convocation doesn't work for some time now. I keep calling the contact numbers on contact us page but nobody receives my call. What sort of people are working? I sent emails with sub that the e-payment thing on the website is not working there is no reply. I made a complaint on the website, there is no token number or anything its like a formality kind of think which i'm sure no one sees too. This is probably the worst customer service in the world maybe you should all quit your jobs there and work somewhere else or shutdown that joke of a university. Third class university. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Do something about the online payment. There is a struts problem report when you go on the payment method through Debit/Credit card. Can some one wake them up, i will be great full. For this they don't even deserve one star.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE...

I have applied for M pharmacy[protected] Pre-convocation OD through online mode at Convocation Registration Portal http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocationon and paid 612 Rs through online mode through debit card on March 16, 2017 my Hall Ticket No: 14GQ1S0116, TRANSACTION ID : 2389312, MAIL ID: muzakkir.ali.[protected]@gmail.com.

I have uploaded the required scan documents through online url, photo, Mark memo and provisional certificate. I want to know when i will get my OD certificate. kindly please let me know the status as soon as possible so that I will proceed further.

Applied on March 16, 2017. Almost 3 months will be over. Please help me out.

Please do the needful because it was almost 3 months, but still there is no status when I will get my OD. Online payment is also done and submitted everything.
