Jntuk — Od is not Printed and not Recieved

I have applied for MCA OD on 24th January 2022 and the status of the application is showing as OD is not printed.Could you please kindly update the status when I receive OD . if it is printed Could please share me the softcopy if possible

I have sent an mail to contact.[protected]@gmail.com and got reply form OD is printed and posted and they share the contact number [protected] AND tried to call this and no one is picking up the call
