Job Career Point — not refund payment by job career point

Job career point call me for job in Axis Bank with salary 20000 /- per month
they take first Rs.1500 for registretion and say that it is refundable
then again say that after 3 day Pay Rs 5500/- for document verification and also say it is refundable with in 6-7 day
and after 2 day again say that pay security amount 13500/- which refund with all other payment in same day
but still not refund me any payment.
