[Resolved]  Jockey India — refund & customer service

On 19th june 2020, i have ordered 2 innerwear and the order was successfully generated (Order no: jk[protected]). On the same day, after some time, one of the items got canceled and received a mail regarding the cancellation also mentioning that your amount will be refunded in 3 - 4 working days to the original payment mode.

I waited for a week but no refund was initiated and no mail regarding them. I decided to send an email regarding this and on 29th june 2020 i sent an email at "[protected]@jockeyindia.com".

Then, on the very next day, i contacted local store banglore and complaint about them so they asked to forward the email which i have sent to jockey india.

After that, i came to know that many users are still facing this issue so i contacted them on facebook for a refund and they say "due to high demands there will be a slight delay in payment", so how much delay a 20 days?

Then, they also stop replying, so since 20 days, i am waiting for a refund.
