Jodhpur Galaxy — Payment taken, item not delivered

Jodhpur galaxy always advertises their clothes online. On 4th of may 2016, i ordered one kameez.. I paid for shipment and stitching total of 4, 279.75 rupees via western union. Anish soni collected cash from western union on 4th may and then never sent my order.. Every week i kept on asking him for updates on my order for 2 months.. He always told me that the order is ready and will be delivered soon.. From may.. June.. Now we have reached july.. Now they telling me that they have issues with the designs that i ordered and they want me to select another kameez of the same range... I got frustrated as they kept lying to me for 2 months... And now all i want is my refund... Now they not replying my messages... I have all screenshots of their message.. Address.. Contact.. Name and id of person who withdrew cash from western union... Can anyone please help me here.. All i want is my refund... These people are liers and cheaters.. They take money in advance and fail to deliver the service on top of that.. You have to ask feedback everytime.. Who has time to do that.. They will never bother to advise u that their is issues with stitching or delay in processing your order... Absolutely hopeless people honestly... Any help and advise as to where i can report them would be highly appreciated..
