Earlier meter at my home recomemded for change due to some display problem but changed after 4 month and bill for the period they are giving as per last year bill but my actual consumption was very low i approached your office at chahal chowk sriganganagar so many time but no resolution found. I requested them that correct my bill as per my actual consumption and requested for lab testing of meter but request is still pending for AEN authorisation. then i tried to meet AEN but he is not available from 5 to 7 oct 16. Please do the needful for bill of my actual consumption.
