Our Dec 2015 bill was pending amt of Rs.3109 with penalty .Employees of electricity department came our home and say that yours bill was pending and you pay this amt. otherwise we cut the elect. connection.and they take cash amt. of Rs.3309.
we want to know that why they take Rs.200 extra...

Hi sonu,

i think you forgot that this is a government of Chai Wala. Thus you need to pay the extra amount of chai and biscuit to each and every department you visit.
That is how India will Progress.
