There is poll sparking in bikaner ( rajasthan ) and no poll light on same poll
I mailed to department as on 17.03.16 regarding the poll light problem
And requested to department for check it
Still no body come for check the poll and today as on 02.04.16 when i am calling on phone no. Given on site no body picking the call
