I have register a complaint in my tractor on january 20 but still now your company service manager does not take proper action on it and doesnot rectify my problem in my tractor.
the way of speaking tto the customer is very poor and non responsible answers are given by the manager manimaran and murali. they told that "we are serivcing 1500 tractors so you have to adjust and wait for the rectification to be done by us". the punctuality of employees are also very worst they arrive to the spot only after 2.00clk but they are promising time is 9.00 clk morning. they doesnot know the value of time too.
these activities are done by the worker in service branch paramakudi and these all are done under the knowledge of the manager too. kindly take necessary action on it.
