Joker Quiz — Took money but never returned what was promised in return

I paid Rs. 250 to jokerquiz.com via mobile account with phone no:[protected] and txn id:62030423. As weitten on the web page this would have taken me through a quiz where i could win a new iPhone6, where as the page simple got stuck and nothing happemed after payment. I also dropped in a mail to the company but had no reply from them. I want my money back from this fake.
