It normally takes 5-10 business days* from the time your order has been processed until your cash back is reflected in your account. If you still do not see your recent activity after the allotted time has passed, please send us (to: [protected]@jollywallet.com) the order confirmation or invoice (please make sure they include the order id, order date and total amount of purchase) and we will further investigate.
