The ATM machine installed at SBT kurichy branch is always fault and the customers are fed up with it. Every day the customers are complaining to the Manager but there was no action is seen taken so far. Therefore it is suggested that immediate action may be taken to install a new ATM machine there for the permanent solution for the problem
