I have purchased rs 918/- worth clothes from your firm on 18/01/2016, unfortunately the material sent by you are odd size and the quality of the material was not good. Hence i have returned the same on 30/01/2016 and opted for refund of the amount, Through dtdc express courior vide receipt no d26454598 and the same was delivered & acknowledged by ms. Vidyabhushan on 02/02/2016. And i have sent a covering letter to you mentioning my bank account details for refund of amount. But for my surprise till date i have not received the same. And i tried to contact your customer care no several times but it was always either out of order or busy tone. Now i request you to refund the same to my bank account mentioned below Karnataka bank a/c no[protected], ifsc code karb0000314, hospet branch. Name.
