Jovial Mart — jeans pants - return & refund

Hi

I have ordered 4 jeans pants through online and got them through vpp.

My order no. 14450.

All the items i have got seems to be used and very much nasty.

Tried to reach you over mobile which i have got call from for ordering purpose. But no use.

Please let me know how to send these back and refund process
