I ordered a pair of jeans on august 4, 2016 in the http://www.jovialmart.com/ site. the payment has been made by the debit card. after that i received a mail about successful payment. when i tried to track the order, it is not possible. also the support number is always switched off.

I complained here. After a lot of delay, with no provision of courier tracking, I received my consignment after 21 days. No doubt the goods delivered was ok. But it was very bad and nightmarish experience.
Till the goods was delivered you will never know whether you will get the goods or not.
Jovial Mart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
