Jovial Mart — product size and quality is poor

I have order jeans pant by Facebook in Facebook image product quality is very good after order company side any girl call me for confirmation order i have confirmed order. I have received this order by post on 29/08/2018 when i have open the parcel the pent size not preferred with me and product quality is bad its ike 10 years children product so please give me information of return policy and refund my 1300 rs otherwise i will go in consumer forums
