Joyalukkas — Al Fahidi Dubai stores manager bad attitude

I visited this joyalukkas Branch today 20/08/2023 around 4pm with my sister and mother, We came to buy ear stud for my baby and we came with a 4 gram gold coin purchased few years ago from other gold jewellery shop,
So we came to exchange the 4gram gold coin to eat stud but the staff there said they will only give me ear studs for 3 grams and 1 or more gram will deducted because I purchased from other jewellery shop when my sister asked why there is a deduction there was two sales person who rudely replied with a worst attitude one of the worst behaviour as if we asked to pay them my bills they didn’t even have a courtesy to explain why the deduction is on my sisters and mothers face they said we can’t take other jewellery gold coin

We are your customer since 15 years from Chennai Kerala all other branches we have the proofs and records we are your valuable customers

And then my sister wanted to report the behavioural issues of the staffs to the branch manager, but the branch manager was even more having a very bad attitude issues towards my sister and my mother he is even more worst than the two sales person
I want to complaint the branch manager and two sales person who hurt my sister and mother with their worst behaviour and attitude issues POOR SERVICE GUYS NEVER EXPECTED THAT YOU LOWER YOUR BRAND STANDARDS TO THE BOTTOM LEVEL

And we went to “Kalyan jewellers” to exchange the gold coin to ear stud and they did not deduct anything and customer service was ON POINT AS THE BRANCH MANAGER AND THE TWO SALES MAN TO TAKE LESSONS
I AM WRITING THIS IN COMPLETE FRUSTRATION BECAUSE MY SISTER AND MOTHER IS FEELING UPSET AND INSULTED
NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE
