My friends have purchased a diamond ring to gift me on 02/09/2022 from Joyalukkas, Vadodara shop. But the ring doesn't fits me well. We went to shop on 07/09/22 for exchange but they do not have stock in my size which they said size 8. We requested them to make the same ring of my size on order and we were agreed with their waiting time of 40 days also. But then the sales executive advise that we have to pay some making charge of Rs.[protected] and refused to exchange. The worst experience of my life with the gold-diamond jeweller.
