On 5th aug 2016 we have purchased gold bangles from joyalukkas malleshwaram branch to gift my mother. We noticed 2 links from the bangles missing in weeks time. When we went back to the showroom on 14th aug 2016, they refused to accept their mistake and instead replacing the bangles, they deducted making charges (Making of such pathetic and weak bangles).
