Joyalukkas — Order cancellation request submitted, more than a month of ordering no response

I'm disappointed by customer service of such big name in jewellery industry.
I have placed order on 27th May, and on multiple occasions asked for update. I have requested for cancellation of order. Yet no response. If I do not get it resolved within Wednesday. I would be forced to file complaint in consumer forum for refund of my amount and interest loss on it.
