Joyshopee — Order #[protected] not delivered even after teh payment made on 17th may

I made an online order with joyshopee and paid via payubiz for rs 8999/ for a lenovo zuk1 on 17th may'16. The order #[protected]. There is no response on the contact number provided by them : +91 [protected] and also the website is not providing the transaction details. Unable to track the transaction.

I feel, this is a fake website and a cheat. Not sure, i would be able to get my money back or the mobile phone ordered..
