Jsp Honda — worst worst & most irritating customer support | |||||
Very stupid & worst service i ever seened.. Mr. Kanniappan & that manager both r cheatable person, while i booked my vehicle with full cash & they deliver the material to me after one month., but my vehicle is lying on their showroom itself. Now i go for service - for the past four days their response is not satisfactory — due to one of your service person (Mr. Ram) tells me your service has completed come & take your vehicle thru phone & the other persons (Mr. Vivek) tells it may delayed... Till i can't able to get back mr. Ram on my line. I can't understand yyyyy those people has not communicate properly. Eventhough i would have asked my vehicle service status thru whatsup - they didn't response on time. First of all their arenot treat customer well.. Meanwhile we approach for our query & that time only they try to show that they engaged busy. I sincerely ask those responsible person who saw my msg atleast try to take necessary steps to those stupid guys. My greedy is not to intend to cause blame on them.
