Jugnoo Security — poor service and unethical behaviour | |||||
It not just once, but almost for the 4th time now that i am really disappointed with the service of jugnoo app providers. They are hardly on time. Also, they have very bad behavior. In the first incident, jugnoo driver misbehaved with me and when i tried raising the issue, i did not receive any response at all. And to my surprise, the driver asked me to go ahead with the complaint as he is not afraid of anybody. In the second one, i booked a ride and then driver agreed to come to pick me up but he did not come and cancelled. I accepted it and tried re booking another ride, the same driver accepted it and cancelled again. And this happened for almost 7 times. I mean heights. When i raised complaint, they promised me that such things won't happen ever again. But again in another incident, i ordered vegetables online and gave time slot of my choice as i am available only during that time to receive the order. The delivery came 2 hours late and when i could not pick up the calls because of other alignments, the company contact persons blamed it on me. I got my delivery finally 24 hours later. People uninstall this app. Let us not promote such things which can not guarantee their service. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||

May 02, 2018 Devyani bhatnagar's response This complaint is about jugnoo app driver. I booked jugnoo auto for going at some place. Firstly it came 20 min late, driver name was not mentioned, auto number that appeared in app was temporary and auto itself had a different permanent number, the driver behaved in an unethical manner, he was arguing with me badly on an unnecessary topic as well as told me how a “girl” should talk and behave with him. Also, he took higher charges as compared to the cost that appeared in the app after ride funished. Rude id was[protected] I hope a strict action will be taken against these type of auto drivers. | |||||

First of all arived 20 minutes late. Then arguing with me on unnecessary topic. Telling me how girls should talk. And took extra charges other then the cost.

As i have raid on today[protected] on 11.15 A M of ID:22285062, Auto No: Ka09 D2618, the driver spoked bad langigaes with me argued to pay as cash plus 20ruppes extra, why the driver asked me to pay Extra amount, and when i ignored he started to speak me in bad languages, please take serious action about this
