I have booked my ticket on line from ludhiana to chandigarh 3.20 bus on 26 dec 2017 vide pnr no 1151a[protected] and was allowed seat no 9. Since i am regularly traveling by your buses so i had informed conductor of the bus 15 mins before schedule time that i will board from sandals chowk... Since i am taking same bus regularly from same point. On reaching there i find that my seat is alloted to some body else and in fact there was no seat and i was offered stul. Upon my protest they have refunded my money. But this unethical practise at your end which i strongly protest. Your conductor said that company has not informed me about the on line booking.
