July 2017, i recieve i call from ms. Manjot kaur regarding holiday vacation and invite with family to see there presentation organised by journey jukaso. On the date of presentation she offer 5 year holiday plan which we accept and bought the paln for 5 years and paid rs. 81, 000/- (Rupees eighty one thousand) full and final amount of the package. 1. I receive wrong membership certificate and card for 3 year plan for which i complaint to jukaso, only after my complaint i receive correct certificate for 5 years plan. 2. When i first time login with my jukaso prompt came for balance to pay rs. 20, 000/- for amc, regarding which i send an email to jukaso on 27.11.2017 and response receive from their sr. Executive mr. Kundan shah on dated 04.12.2017 for the any other payment except the amount paid at time of purchase of plan. I was told that "this is australian base software that is why it's showing balance 20000/- please ignore it". Even when i call on your customer care no. [protected], i was told that there is no amc. 3. Now on 22.07.2019 i send them a request for there property detail in andaman, against which i again receive an email to submit 15, 000/- for amc. I send multiple email to jukaso to clarify for the same but i never receive any reply from jukaso. Then i call on customer care no. [protected] on 27.07.2019 and spoke to mr. Rahul (Name told by executive) who again said to me that in my plan amc is waived and nothing is due towards me and he also send me a format and ask me to send the booking request in same format also told me to refer his name for future communication with jukaso. 4. From 09.08.2019 i am continuously sending emails to confirm my hotel booking but i havn't receive any reply for the same. Then i decide to call again on customer care no. [protected] on 22.08.2019 and had spoken to mr. Om (Name told by executive) who again said that rs. 15, 000/- for amc has to deposit. I explain him whole story from the beginning then he said i will forward to concern to the reservation team and also gave me a reference no. 1031920 and assured me that soon i will be contacted by the concerned team but i never contacted by anyone. 5. Now from 25.08.2019 i am continuously trying to contact the customer care via customer care no.[protected] but my call is never been answered it keeps on ringing but nobody is responding.
