Jukaso Journeys — Refund of vacation rental or provide services as committed during selling of products

I had purchased a 10years vacation rental membership from the journey by jucaso in Aug 2017 by paying 100000 by cheques but after the lapse of 4 years, I could not utilize their services even though contact numbers are also not working. I am not contacting the company also.

Updated by abhimk no call or any information from jukaso has been received so far. what will happen further when jukaso will not hear it?

Updated by abhimk till the passing of more than 3months of complaints with the consumer complaints portal, nothing is heard or respond from the jukaso journey. some time-bound must be made to resolve the complaint
