Justdail — ECS Fraud

I had started justdial services which required me to start an ecs service with the so they could withdraw money monthly from my bank account. After few months i requested to stop the service and they stopped the service and the ecs withdrawals. Now after few months i check my passbook and see that justdial have been withdrawing small amount of cash around rs 100 to rs 150 within these past two months without my prior permissions and i cant seem to reach them.

Please help me out.
The ecs wont stop unless i close my account. They are draining my account.
