Just Dial cheating as follow.
1/ Wrong Statement by slaes person inspite of knowing the fact that contract can not be done less then one year, assured me for two month & two month free subjected to payment of two month which I have paid to watch sponsership performance.
As soon as Payment made the Rs.3538/- the party told to close deal by OTP which I refused because nothing was done and asking for deal close.
When I told deal will be closed on E-Mail u please sent terms & condition where after reading it was found they are asking for ECG clearance So payment can be on auto deduction mode from bank which we have not accepted and asking for advance return payment.

We are asking for Return of Advance Rs.3538/- Paid towards sponsership of our Vidhya Smart Classes since same day of payment made but party just cheating . Already One month already passed we have all documents regarding payment receipt etc. The just dial team without taking any action just making resolved issue. if amount not refund then how it will be resolved if not refund timely we may charge interest 12% per annum on our amount.

Our contact number is 7898417527 and due to mislead by sales person we have deposited Rs.3538/- for Two month service but it was found it is not provided by you and I asked to close the deal which I refuse to do the smae .
Please arrange to refund my advance paid Rs.3538/- at earliest possible. we do not required any kind of sponsership from your site.

Issue not resolved but your employee just passing time and enjoying with our investment Please arrange to refund my advance Rs.3538/- paid towards service to avail which deal we could not close because statement made by your salesman was just fraud.
