Justickets — amount deducted but no confirmation for seat allotment

i booked 4 ticket for gopala gopala movie for 6 pm sri sai tirumula theater karimnager by using sbh net banking . Amount is deducted from my account but there is no confirmation of seat allotment either through mail or message .I want my money refund.I tried to contact them by mail that they have given and even by the phone number they given but no response from them. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Justickets customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 15, 2015 Updated by prasad_kav company people said that they will refund the amount
