[Resolved] Justickets — complaining about not getting confirmation of movie tickets even though successful completion of my payment

Today evening i have booked 4 tickets in justicket app. I had completed my payment by internet banking of state of india, but i didn't get the confirmation of tickets. I have waited for confirmation but i didn't get any confirmation nor money refunding. Please take my request and refund my money. I am having transaction id with me. I have attached the online banking transaction id image. Please try to resolve my problem as early as possible.
