Justickets — Didn't get any booking confirmation after payment

Dear justickets, i booked tickets for movie bahubali in venkateshwara theatre 70mm mancherial with concern seat numbers e13, e14, e15, e16. . The problem i faced that after booking 4 seats at a time balance as been deducted from my account and i didn't receive any confirmation code to print the ticket. Total of rs. 248 has been deducted, so i would like to know when you are going to refund my money back.
