[Resolved] Justickets — didn't get confirmation message or mail for booking and the money transferred from my debit card

Dear justickets i have booked 5 tickets for jai lava kusa movie on 22-9-17 at sri kanya theatre heaven 9:45pm show.
I got conformation from my bank that your money was transferred to justickets that is almost 838 rupees for four tickets but i got no confirmation from justickets so my money was transferred but i got no message or any mail. So... Please refund my amount.
