Hi Team, I have purchased ticket for premam on oct8 for one person in cinepolis mall, Malkajgiri. After completion of booking i saw amount of Rs.501 is deducted from my account and i received a message of three tickets. which is quietly unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to our guidelines, we are unable to provide the option of cancelling tickets that have been booked.
