[Resolved] Justickets — Money was debited and confirmation message was not received | |||||
Justickets my self ch rama raju from anakapalle (Andhrapradesh). I have booked 3 tickets in sri sairam movieland anakapalle theatre 6.15pm show on 21/10/2016. I have used my sbi debit card it charged me 346.06rs but unfortunatly i didnt recieved my tickets conformation message and my money was debited through my account. And the transaction id is justickets pos 52317 at justickets com txn# 07112. So kindly credit my so that i can schedule my booking again. I also did 4-5 calls to your customer support they didnt response. Contact me as soon as possible... Was this information helpful? | |||||
