Justickets — Refunding of Amount debited but ticket not generated

Dear Sir,
I Ramesh naidu, have booked 01 ticket for film MECHANIC (3pm show on 25 aug) at theatre jagadamba complex, visakhapatnam on 25 Aug at 10:43 hrs . An amount of rs.90.35 has got debited to my account however ticket was not generated. Neither a SMS nor an E-mail has been received yet.

Kindly check at your end return the same amount to my account at the earliest.
