I've booked tickets for a movie janatha garage on 30-8-16 for the 2:30 show on 5-9-16 in the kkr sai nivya theatre guntur the transaction was made through state bank of india internet banking money is transacted to their account and I haven't got any confirmation of movie tickets not even message from the website.Please resolve it as soon as possible. I had booked the tickets for janatha garage through assisted booking...with reference number 165753.pls confirm my tickets as the booking are open in my location.

I have booked four tickets for Jo Achyutananda movie in visakhapatnam for the theater STBL Cine World, Gajuwaka and payed the money but i did not get my tickets this is my second issue of taking money and not getting tickets please make sure this will not repeat again
