Justickets — worst booking system i have seen till now

I went into Justickets site for booking tickets for Bahubali movie for morning show in Sangam theatre, Visakhapatnam.. I made the payment for 4 tickets exactly 360.88 rupees from my State bank of India account through net banking and the money is successfully transferred to their account but they didn't issued any booking code or conformation message... i am so much angry about this situation.. after some time i went again into their site for looking is my seats are blocked or not.. and that seats which i reserved are available for booking again... what the bull is this...
