Justjaldi — Order not delivered

I ordered a mobile battery from justjaldi on 21st june, order number is #O[protected]-S0001.But there is no update and information about my order. I also tried to contact justjaldi customer care, but call get disconnected after few second .I also send mail on justjaldi mailid.So, please take necessary action.
