They send me someone else's phone, not even the same model as the phone i had turned in for repair.

After talking to their customer service they say they will send my device next workday. But they didn't deliver, not even a courtesy call/mail about this. After calling them again they tell me they will deliver today. Guess what, turns out they wont, but tell me tomorrow... Yeah right, how long will this go on?

Several phone calls and days later JustLikeNew sent my repaired phone. All in all it took 8 days from pickup to delivery to repair my phone's broken screen.
