[Resolved] Justlikenew Technologies [JLNTPL] — Withholding phone and fraud.

I gave my IPHONE 6 for screen and LCD repair on 10 November, 2016 to JustLikeNew Repair. A man named Vinod Raj (mobile number: [protected]) picked up my device. The customer care told me that they'd give my phone within two days. Initially, I requested cash on delivery as my preferred payment option but because of PM Modi's demonetization scheme, I requested them to change my payment method from COD to Online payment. I spoke to one of their employees, Mr. Chandra Shekhar who sent me a link for online payment. I paid Rs. 5, 600 for the repair online. Their delivery boy called me up for days demanding I pay the Rs. 5, 600 by cash. I informed him that the amount was paid fully online. I spoke to the customer care executives again and begged them to update the payment method so that I could get my phone.
It has been 8 days (from 10/11/16 to 17/11/16) and I have still not received my phone.
Today, I had to go out of the country for an emergency and asked them to deliver my phone to me ASAP. They told me to collect my phone from their warehouse. Their warehouse has no record of my phone and refused to assist me. Their customer care staff is always confused. I have not been given correct information on the exact location of my phone. They are withholding the phone from me illegally. This company is fraudulent. I would like serious action be taken on them, or else, the option left with me is to file a case in the consumer court.

After sending them a warning letter, their employee Mr. Shreet Das personally delivered my phone. I've come to realize that it's not really JustLikeNew repairs's fault, but the fault lies in their outsourced delivery partner, Delhivery. My phone is perfectly fine and well repaied.

Updated by Roshini Ross On 16/11/16, the delivery boy called me up in the afternoon and said I have to pay additional money to him. I immediately called the queries office and informed them. They asked me to give the delivery boy's contact number. Clearly, they don't have a database of their employees. Yes, I am aware that the delivery is outsoursed, byt they do not have any clue who delivers the packages and where the package is. Today (17/11/16), they told me I can pick up my package because I had to travel. They have not delivered my package and refused full service to me.
