Sir/madam,
I have recharged my dishtv (Vc no. [protected]) through internet banking with rs 324/- on 04/06/2018 at 10:08pm. But the transaction status is failed but my saving bank account has deducted with rs324/-. There was an email from dishtv regarding failed transaction detail and transaction details are as follows:
Trans id: vr[protected]
V. C no: [protected]
Amount: 324.00
Date-time: jun 4 2018 10:08pm
Status: recharge unsuccessful. Dishtv customer care has written in email that "amount will be refunded within 7days, process has been initiated by justrechargeit.com" but today is 7th day still no credit information received.
