Please refer my POS [protected] dated on 14 June 2014. I intended to recharge my mobile no [protected] through my user ID [protected]@gmail.com. My bank account has been debited Rs 57 but my mobile has not been recharged . Kindly look into matter and initiate action to either refund the amount or recharge the my mobile.
