I have ordered nike shoes worth rs 1249/- from justshopon.com site on 12th dec 2017 but they have sent me some roadside product. I have complained for refund on same day on their support email id "[protected]@justshopon.com" but not received a single update till date and their contact # is also fake i. E.[protected].
I think, they are doing false selling online, this should be stop immediately before more complains happened.
I have made online complain on consumer complain forum where i have shared my phone number as well then immediately after 15min i have received one call saying support guy from justonshop (Fake call) and asked me to share credit card number details to refund that 1249/- amount in my card. After some time he called me back and asked me otp number to share with him. Immediately i understood and asked him "are you transferring to me or on his account?". So basically i am saying, many fake persons are trying to grab the money. I would like to share that fake person details as well i. E. [protected]@gmail.com/[protected] so everyone will aware and someone can take action against it.
