Sir/Madam,
On 26th June 2015 I register complaint (number[protected] on toll free number ([protected]) at 1:22 PM for power intereption at home. I got reply SMS regarding assignment of fault for rectification at 1:30 PM, after it I got SMS at 3:33 regarding close the complaint (altough problem was not attended).
I again register compaint[protected] at 4:51 PM. This time also complaint closed without attendeing it at 6:44 PM. Again register complaint[protected] at 7:06 PM, surprisingly it was also closed without attending at 9:42 PM.
Last I went Mansarovar office, personaly ask him to attend the problem. Attendent at office call the rectification party and finaly problem attended at 10:40 PM.
My question is that on what basis they closed the complaint without attending. If problem solved by persoanl visit to electricity office than for what toll free services?
