We have a 3 phase connection and one of the phase is not working since last few days. We have filed more than 3 complaints in the last 36 hours. Every time they register the complaint, provide a complaint number and say resolution will be provided within an hour or two. But there has been no resolution.
Also when we call the helpline and provide K number they say this number is not showing up in their system even though the connection is 2 years old. Was this information helpful? |
