[Resolved] K.P.N Travels — Destination Point not clearly mentioned in online booking system | |||
Hi, We are about to travel from Chennai to Tirumurugan poondi which is situated near Avinashi. PNR number: L[protected] Ticket number: TFCW97885593 Date: Sunday, December 08, 2013. We booked 2 ticket in KPN Travels from chennai to Avinashi as travelling place through Red Bus website. While we are in travel bus operator instructed us to get down at Avinashi Byepass road or at Perumanallur as bus will not go to Avinashi bus stand. There is no transport facility from Avinashi Byepass and at perumanallur there was only less transport. But we are not instructed while we are boarding into bus and also it was not mentioned in ticket. As we are boarding bus near Avinashi bus stand KPN bus booking agency we assumed that bus will stop at the same boarding place in Avinashi. When we are trying to make complaint there was no proper response and the call was redirecting to many persons. At last we are instructed to make complaint to complaint section by their head office which will be working only from 9.30 AM. But we are in travel at 8.00 PM near erode and trying to make complaint. So at last we got down at Perumanallur and took public transport after long time. We are totally unhappy by this. We want this to be cleared as most of public people were affected by this.
