I had registered for a maid service with kaamwalibai.com by paying a registration of Rs 10, 000. The agent Sandhya - [protected] and her manager Tanya provided me with profile of Kaamwali for interviews which i interviewed and caught them lying and providing misleading information about themselves. They are trained by the company to provide false information so that they get placed easily and quickly. This incident broke my trust with the company as this is now risky to avail service for my elderly parents from non trustworthy company. This is when i started demanding the refund from the company and they started with the jazz of i signed a contract. When i asked them to provide a copy of contract which is digitally signed by me ( which i never did) they were not able to provide with any contract copy. This is a serious fraud company and the owner Suraj Agarwal should be put behind bars and legal action should be taken against the company. When i told them i will file a consumer compliant they seems ok with that and were confidant that is is not new for them and they can get away easily. This is a company which is not even scared of any consumer cell and they should be taught a very strict lesson on this is not a country where you can dupe any one with their money. Appreciate if the matter can be looked into ASAP and i can get my refund.
